At BrightNewMe we aim to be as helpful and user-friendly as possible, and to treat all patients with the respect they deserve. However, we do ask that patients return this respect by giving appropriate priority to the appointments they make.  Whilst the vast majority do so, this is not always the case.  Consequently, we have introduced a cancellation/deposit policy for certain appointment types.

Free initial consultations

Whilst most initial consultations are free, to secure the appointment we require a deposit of £50. This can be paid by card over the telephone, or by bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of any treatment or products you purchase, or refunded if you decide against doing so. If you need to cancel you are welcome to do so, and your deposit will be refunded, assuming you give notice of at least two full working days.

HydraFacial treatments

To secure bookings for HydraFacial we require a deposit of £50.  This can be paid by card over the telephone, or by bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.  If you need to cancel you are welcome to do so, and your deposit will be refunded, assuming you give notice of at least two full working days.

Ultherapy

For any treatment costing in excess of £1,000, a deposit of 50% of the anticipated cost is required at the time of booking. You are at complete liberty to change your mind and decide not to proceed, and if this is the case you will be refunded in full (unless less than three working days’ notice is given, in which case a £100 administration fee will be deducted).

Other

Should a patient fail to attend an appointment, or cancel at very short notice, we are likely to request a £50 deposit to secure a subsequent/alternative appointment.
