CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

At BrightNewMe we aim to be as helpful and user-friendly as possible, and to treat all patients with the respect they deserve. However, we do ask that patients return this respect by giving appropriate priority to the appointments they make.  Whilst the vast majority do so, this has not always been the case.  Consequently, we have introduced a cancellation/deposit policy for certain appointment types.

Free initial consultations/assessments

Whilst most initial consultations and assessments are free, to secure the appointment we require a deposit of £50. This can be paid by card over the telephone, or by bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of any treatment or products you purchase, or refunded if you decide against doing so. If you need to cancel you are welcome to do so, and your deposit will be refunded, assuming you give notice of at least two full working days.

First treatment appointments

Some treatments we offer can be undertaken without first having a consultation with Sarah. On such occasions we will require a deposit of £50, as per the paragraph above.

HydraFacial and micro-needling treatments

To secure bookings for HydraFacial and micro-needling treatments we require a deposit of £50.  This can be paid by card over the telephone, or by bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.  If you need to cancel you are welcome to do so, and your deposit will be refunded, assuming you give notice of at least two full working days.

Ultherapy

For any treatment costing in excess of £1,000, a deposit of 50% of the anticipated cost is required at the time of booking. You are at complete liberty to change your mind and decide not to proceed, and if this is the case you will be refunded in full (unless less than three working days’ notice is given, in which case a £150 administration fee will be deducted).

CoolSculpting

For all CoolSculpting treatments a deposit of 50% of the anticipated cost is required at the time of booking. You are at complete liberty to change your mind and decide not to proceed, and if this is the case you will be refunded in full (unless less than three working days’ notice is given, in which case a £150 administration fee will be deducted).

Other

Should a patient fail to attend an appointment for treatment, or cancel at very short notice, we are likely to request a £50 deposit to secure a subsequent/alternative appointment.
