Natasha Swindell joined us in April 2018 as one of our two Senior Aesthetic Therapists. Tash has extensive experience from many years as a therapist and facialist. She undertakes all the machine-based treatments at BrightNewMe, including Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, HydraFacials, thermo-coagulation, Micro-needling and cryotherapy, alongside offering peels, bespoke facials and giving skincare advice. She is also a mum to two young boys, and a keen baker/ candle melt maker/ craft hobbyist!

Helen Brankin has been an ever-present member of the team at BrightNewMe since we launched in 2012. In recent years she has fulfilled the role of Clinic Manager with great aplomb. Renowned for her good nature and liked by all, Helen keeps her finger firmly on the pulse, making sure our high standards of patient service are maintained. Away from work, Helen has a busy life with her husband, two grown-up daughters and extended family.

Dr Sarah Norman is co-founder and medical lead at BrightNewMe, and as such has her own dedicated page detailing her background and views on skincare and aesthetic treatments. She’s (allegedly) happily married to Mark, and mum to two young men who are away at university. Her hobbies include gardening, walking, yoga, cooking, reading, and prosecco-drinking.

Jackie Charman joined us in 2021 following a background in careers advice/ admin and, prior to that, as cabin crew. She can be found either down at reception, helping with queries or bookings, or with Dr Sarah, assisting with consultations and treatments. Jackie’s hobbies include traveling, cooking, walking and Callanetics, plus her 2 teenage boys and husband keep her busy too!

Hannah Young joined us in July 2017, having spent the previous ten years working as an account manager in the fashion industry. Hannah and Jackie undertake the same roles. Away from the clinic, Hannah is a successful artist with her own small business. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and has two children.

Mark Hope is co-founder and co-Director of BrightNewMe, having helped launch the clinic with his wife Sarah Norman in 2012. An accountant by professional training, Mark generally oversees the smooth running of the clinic from the sanctuary of his office, but can often be found helping out on reception (or ‘getting in the way’, as other team members prefer to call it).  Mark is also a sports enthusiast, albeit rather more watching than playing these days.

Julie Hawkes is one of our two Senior Aesthetic Therapists. She joined us in January 2017 although she had a break for just over a year in 2019. Julie qualified in South Africa in 1993 and has a wealth of experience clinically & in lecturing in the industry. Julie provides the same treatments as Natasha. She also works at Salford Royal Hospital in a dedicated Polycystic Ovary Syndrome clinic. Her hobbies include volunteering, walking, gardening, & activities with her two teenage children.
