From left to right, Mark, Sarah G, Joanne, Natasha, Sarah N, Helen, and Hannah
Mark Hope is co-founder and co-Director of BrightNewMe, having helped launch the clinic with wife Dr Sarah Norman in 2012. An accountant by professional training, Mark generally oversees the smooth running of the clinic from the sanctuary of his office, but can often be found helping out on reception (or ‘getting in the way’, as other team members prefer to call it). Away from the clinic Mark is a sports enthusiast, albeit rather more watching than playing these days.
Sarah Gregory joined us in June 2019, having had a wide and varied employment background including marketing, business development, bookkeeping and technical support. She can be found either down on reception, helping with queries or bookings, or with (Dr) Sarah, assisting with consultations and treatments. In recent years Sarah has also trained and qualified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, a skill which she feels will come in handy when trying to rationalise with some of her BrightNewMe colleagues!
Joanne Murray joined the team in July 2019 and brings a background of fashion, design and artistic flair to BrightNewMe. In addition, she has had numerous roles in administration, secretarial and acting as a PA. But artistic matters are where Joanne’s heart lies, with photography being a favourite pastime, and she has even begun to edit her first book. Joanne undertakes the same roles as Sarah G, only on a part-time basis.
Natasha Swindell joined us in April 2018, as our senior Therapist. Natasha has been a therapist for over ten years, and in that time has developed a keen interest in all things skin-related, writing numerous blog posts on the subject. She offers a wide range of treatments at BrightNewMe, including Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, HydraFacial, thermo-coagulation, lesion treatments, EDS Micro-needling, peels, and skin care advice. Away from the clinic she’s a mum to two boys, and a keen interior designer and home renovator, never happier than when swinging a crow bar by all accounts.
Dr Sarah Norman is co-founder and medical lead at BrightNewMe, and as such has her own dedicated page detailing her background and views on skincare and aesthetic treatments. Away from the clinic, she’s (allegedly) happily married to Mark, and mum to two strapping young men. Her hobbies include gardening, walking, cooking, reading, and prosecco-drinking.
Helen Brankin has been an ever-present at BrightNewMe since we launched in 2012, and is now fulfilling the role of Clinic Manager with aplomb. Renowned for her good nature and liked by all, Helen keeps her finger firmly on the pulse, making sure our high standards of patient service are maintained. Away from work, Helen is equally as devoted (!) to her husband and two grown up daughters.
Hannah Young joined us in July 2017, having spent the previous ten years working as an account manager in the fashion industry. Hannah undertakes the same roles as Sarah G and Joanne, also on a part-time basis. Away from the clinic Hannah is a successful artist with her own small business, she also enjoys spending time with her husband, and has two children.
